DIY daily planner

If you're anything like me you can't have a productive day without being surrounded by to do lists. I find it so much easier to organise my thoughts by writing them down but I have about 3 different notebooks on the go, including a calendar on my wall and the one on my phone..not to mention all the random scraps of paper covered in "important" notes floating around.

I decided I wanted to sort out a way to have everything in one place but I didn't want to fork out for an expensive planner that might not cater to my very specific needs. So I figured why not make my own?

I made my daily diary on Photoshop, creating sections for To Dos, Chores, Notes, Appointments, Dailies and Healthy Eating.

This way I can keep track of every single thing I need to do throughout day without having to rummage through mountains of notebooks, and I can easily just print out as many sheets as I need.

I'll probably end up keeping these in some form of binder or folder rather than throwing them out at the end of the day so I can look back and make sure there's nothing I missed, and the beauty of making them myself means I can make new ones or change this one whenever I want to.

What do you guys think of this? Good idea or no? I'm thinking of offering up custom daily planner designs through my blog and Etsy so customers can let me know what sections they want and colour scheme etc.

  5. I love this idea, I'm forever making to-do lists and often end up throwing them out before they're finished, so it would help me keep track better!
